We pay a base rate that is higher than minimum wage, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through our service & retail commission programs.

Our locations are open seven days a week to meet the needs of our customers and stylists. Stylists have flexible schedules that meet their needs due to the available work hours. Most locations close by 8:00pm with shorter hours on the weekends.

We provide technical training programs through Cost Cutters & Supercuts to assist our stylists in perfecting their talents behind the styling chair & leadership development programs to assist stylists who have a desire to lead others. Advancement opportunities within The Barnes Group include: Lead Stylist, Assistant Leader, Salon Leader, Territory Leader, and Director of Operations & Training.
